BUSINESS-INTERRUPETD EMERGENCY CALLS
When a sprinkler leaks, a valve fails, or alarms won’t clear, minutes matter. Our union technicians respond fast, stabilize the issue, and get your operations moving again with clear communication and photo-rich documentation.

WHO WE HELP
Property managers, facility and safety teams, operations leaders, and owners in manufacturing, warehousing, healthcare, assisted living, multifamily, HOA, restaurants, education, municipal, office, and retail across Northeast Ohio.
We isolate leaks, quiet alarm troubles when allowed, and set safe temporary measures. You get plain language guidance, a simple incident summary with photos, and a plan for permanent repairs. We coordinate with your monitoring company and AHJ when needed and we can work after hours to reduce downtime.
CITIES SERVED

Our emergency routes cover Courthouse Square, Packard Music Hall, the National Packard Museum, Perkins Park, and Mahoning River blocks. We coordinate with security and building staff for dock timing, elevator access, and street closures, arrive with valve charts and riser locations, and give one defined arrival window so property teams and tenants know what to expect.
We support retail and restaurants at Eastwood Mall and along Elm and East Market with tight shutoff windows, and prioritize industrial calls near SR-82, North River, Parkman, Larchmont, and toward Lordstown, planning hydrant flows, test-header use, and temporary impairments so production and deliveries continue. In healthcare and senior living, we follow ICRA practices, set quiet hours, and keep egress clear.
During freezes, we triage dry and pre-action systems first—verify air or nitrogen pressures, compressors and dryers, low-point drains, and heat tracing at docks, penthouses, stair towers, and unheated rooms. After storms, we clear ground faults and alarm troubles, then confirm pump power and phase rotation before restoring automatic status.
For underground breaks, backflow failures, or water-quality notices, we align paperwork with the Warren Water Department and Trumbull County Sanitary Engineers—submitting test forms, photos, readings, serials, and valve positions. We deliver AHJ-ready summaries, coordinate Knox-Box access, set reinspection targets, and, if parts are delayed, provide a written stabilization plan, fire-watch guidance, and a scheduled return to complete repairs in one trip.

OUR PROCESS

We confirm the problem, location, and access. We guide you on immediate steps like closing a control valve or silencing an alarm panel if safe to do so. We give an estimated arrival time based on crew location.

The technician secures the area, isolates the issue, and reduces water or alarm impact. We set temporary measures such as caps, temp heads, drains, or panel bypass where allowed by code and your AHJ.

If parts and conditions allow, we complete the repair on site with your approval. We confirm scope and pricing, install the parts, and test the system before we leave. If parts are not available, we provide a written plan.

You receive a brief incident summary, photos, and any impairment or fire watch notes. We send a quote for the corrective work and coordinate reinspection if required.
These steps help us help you faster.
We follow NFPA requirements for impairments and help set a fire watch when needed. We tag systems out of service, note affected areas, and help notify monitoring, the AHJ, and your insurer when required.
The 24 hour line prioritizes life safety and active water loss. Arrival times depend on distance, weather, and crew availability. After hours rates may apply. We will state the rate and seek approval before work begins.
